Product & IoT Designer
I design products where software meets hardware—from the industrial design of the box, to the voice that comes out of it, to the app that talks to it.
Strengths
01
One product, four disciplines
Industrial design, UI, packaging and voice systems on the same device. Cloud Printer went from concept to DVT in four months.
02
Research where the work happens
Contextual interviews in moving cars, on factory floors and in kitchens at peak hour—not in a meeting room.
03
Most of my work ships through other people’s hands
ODMs, firmware engineers, ops teams, content designers and factory QA. Getting a shared brief right matters more than getting my file right.
04
Multi-market rollouts, where detail multiplies
On hardware shipped across six markets, one missed detail becomes thousands of wrong units. I plan for that.

Fleet Management Portal
A unified fleet management platform that helps operators monitor vehicles, manage IoT devices, respond to operational risks, and govern access from one place.
Cloud Printer
Designed an end-to-end cloud printer experience to streamline merchant operations—reducing manual errors through cohesive, localized design across industrial design, manuals, packaging, and sound assets.
Reached DVT (0→1) in 4 months and PVT in 6 months, filed 2 patents (Industrial Design; Ambient Light & Sound Intensity Meter), and scaled from a 110-unit pilot (SG/MY/TH) to 5,810 units in mass production across six markets (SG, MY, TH, PH, ID, VN).
Food Locker
Scaled Grab’s Food Locker ecosystem across software and hardware surfaces (PAX app, DAX app, Locker Tablet, and web platform)—improving pickup efficiency and the end-to-end experience across SEA.
Scaled to 578 lockers across 7 markets, enabling 1.16M orders and serving 164K users and 226K drivers. Delivered ~25% reduction in regional driver action time. Achieved strong adoption (67.73%) with ~80% regional usage rate, ~94–95% repeat users, and ≥99% user success rate.
DAX Tablet
Led a driver-first tablet app experience through prototypes, usability tests, and driver interviews—optimizing landscape layouts and hands-free interactions to improve safety and driving efficiency across test fleets in Singapore and Malaysia.
Map Crowdsourcing
Designed an in-app crowdsourcing tool that enables drivers to earn by contributing hyperlocal map data—scaling participation through task-driven UX and local-language support across SEA.
Generated 2.6M submissions resulting in 1.5M new POIs (57% conversion), enabled $300K USD in total driver earnings, and contributed to establishing GrabMaps proprietary map data (Jun 2022).
